At Dry Creek Dental, we offer a range of affordable dental services to help our patients achieve the smile they have always wanted. Whether you’re missing a tooth, need a dental implant restored, need a dental filling or just need a regular cleaning; we have the tools and knowledge necessary to help you.

We schedule as much time as needed, so our patients never feel rushed or pressured to accept treatment. We work to fit in appointments that are convenient for our patients and work around their schedule. In case of an emergency, we will make every effort to see you as quickly as possible.

Meet Our Dental Team

Dr. Jerri Ann Donahue

Dr. Donahue graduated Pawnee High School, Grover, CO. She then graduated with a BS in Psychology from the University of Wyoming and continued her education at Creighton University Dental School. After graduating with a DDS in 1987, she started her dental practice as the first female dentist in Cheyenne.

Governor David Freudenthal appointed her to the Wyoming Board of Dental Examiners in March 2003. She honorably served on the board until 2012. While serving on the board she became involved in dental licensure and testing. She has administered licensure exams in over 15 US dental schools and currently serves as a Western Regional Board examiner.

As a member of the American Dental Association and the Wyoming Dental Association, she has a strong commitment to providing dentistry to the underprivileged. She organized the first Give Kids a Smile held in the state of Wyoming.

In her spare time, Dr. Donahue enjoys traveling and spending time with family and friends. She is the proud mother of two great kids, Jenna and Evan.

Laura Cegelski – Hygienist

Laura Cegelski has been at Dry Creek Dental for 12 years. Before her time here she serve in the Air Force from 1982 – 1986. After working for the State of Wyoming for 10 years, Laura earned her AAS in Dental Hygiene in 1998 from LCCC. She grew up in Westfield, NY and graduated from Westfield Academy and Central School. She and her husband Brick have 2 children, Brick is a 5th grade teacher and assistant coach in Cheyenne. Shelby is married and lives in Gonzales, LA, her and her husband Ryan are new parents of a baby girl Sage.

Annette Perry – Dental Assistant

Annette Perry has been a dental assistant for more than 10 years. She began here career in her hometown of Sterling, Colorado. Annette and her husband, Dr. Cody J. Perry, PH.D. have been happily married for 8 1/2 years. Annette has two sons. Cody is 19, loves sports, and works in heating and air conditioning. Tyler is 17. He enjoys playing guitar and creating online videos and music. Annette enjoys spending time with family, hiking, watching movies, and traveling with her husband and children. Annette feels privileged to work beside Dr. Donahue and loves working for Dry Creek Dental. She likes being an assistant because it allows her to help people. The best part of her job is chatting with her patients and seeing them smile.

Chelsea Turco

Chelsea obtained her Dental Hygiene Degree from Owens Community College in 2012. She is licensed to give local anesthetic, monitor nitrous oxide and use a diode laser on patients.

Chelsea encourages patients to be a part of their dental health diagnosis by educating through intra-oral photos, radiographs and periodontal assessments.

Whether the patients are infants to geriatrics, each patient will receive a personalized oral hygiene instructions on how to best care for their oral health. Science has proven oral health directly affects systemic health which motivates Chelsea to provide optimum care.

Chelsea and her family moved from Virginia in 2018 to be closer to her step-son. As a family, they enjoy camping, skiing, fishing, grilling and staying physically active together. She has two German Shepherd’s, Rocco and Bella. Also six hens, Whitey, Blacky and the “others”.

Callie Marie Abe – Office Manager / R.D.H

Callie grew up in Pine Bluffs, Wyoming.  She earned her AAS in Dental Hygiene in 2005. She started her career at Dry Creek Dental in 2013 as a hygienist and later the office manager. After a brief leave, she returned to the practice March of 2019. Callie’s advanced knowledge of every aspect of the dental office enables her to provide broad guidance and training for our practice. She’s currently working on her bachelors in Dental Hygiene and working at Laramie County Community College as an adjunct instructor. The opportunity to work with the staff and patients of Dry Creek Dental brings her great joy. She brings a level of energy and compassion that will make your visit less stressful and more satisfying. Callie is the proud parent of two beautiful children.  They are active in many sports and activities.  They love the outdoors and just spending time together. As close to her heart as her children are, so is Dry Creek Dental. It is definitely a place to call home.
